Nice but not what I wanted
This is a nicely made jacket but more a winter weight. I was looking for a summer weight jacket. It didn't fit me well or I would have kept if for winter use.

I purchased 2 of the Northface Girls Denali jackets for my Granddaughters for Christmas--a 3-yr old and an eight yr old. My 3 yr old slept in hers Christmas night, we could not get her to take it off, until Santa brought that MSU Backpack

Really Warm.
This jacket absolutely makes a difference in warmth. The only downside if you can say its a downside, is that the jacket runs a bit big making it a little cumbersome to layer over. Other than that, the shipping was prompt. Great job Altrec!

my husband loves it
my husband loves to kayak. he needed a jacket that was thin enough to move around in but warm and keep the wind out because he kayaks early spring into late fall. he used this in december when we went to HHI SC and he thought it was a great jacket and very easy to paddle in. it didn't restrain him at all. i highly recommend it.
